Update on wallet filtering
As you all know, $tip was heavily farmed by bots using a variety of methods. Some of these users registered hundreds or thousands of accounts, others botted their engagement, all with the intention of farming $tip coin to profit.
We made it clear we would be aggressive on wallet filtering from the beginning. We have reviewed many of the accounts claiming they were unable to claim and all of them had either 0 wallet balance or 0 transaction history.
Even after filtering there were tens of thousands of wallets able to claim. We're building a SocialFi platform and want the best community we can have. We will continue to review our filtering for Epoch 2 and beyond.
